[smokeping-users] Probe exited unexpectedly should it restart?

Hi Chris,

I figured it should have restarted the probe but it didn't until I
reloaded the config.

Yes, next polling run.

Usually segmentation fault, you may have bad RAM or you may have hit a
bug in fping.
