[smokeping-users] Getting started with smokeping

I know there is no best as that is an opinionated question.

I use CentOS and it works perfectly fine as far as I am concerned.  I have
read through several Fedora users' posts that seem to have no issues.

I believe I've read through some Debian/Ubuntu ones, but I'm not certain of
these.
