[smokeping-users] Alert after 400 bandwith

Thanks Tobi,

I have started to understand now the pattern.
Mabye you could write something of this on the web?

I started with the simple pattern >400 and decrease the value to the right,
after a couple of alerts.

I have searth on google and found somebody how should creat a calculator for
jitter, etc.
Anybody who have this?
