New Features:

* Measurement targets can be organized into multiple hierarchies.

* The filter system lets you the find the right graphs directly.

* Individual targets or whole branches can be hidden from the
  default menu tree.

* The Master can be stopped from even attempting to poll certain
  targets.

Bugs fixed:

* Locking in master/slave has been rewritten and should now work
  better on all platforms.

* Cosmetic Javascript Errors removed (no functional impact)

* Improved Curl probe portability

* Fixed slave config pickup behaviour

* Make sure tsmoke sends mime conformant mail
