[smokeping-users] TCPPing probe doesn't generate data

I'm having exactly the same problem as this [where tcpping probes aren't 
generating any data] but I'm not clear on what actually needs to be done 
to solve the problem.

Can any of you offer any help/advice on getting this working, because 
I've been trying for ages now and I'm not having any luck at all.

It's becoming really frustrating for me! :(
