[smokeping-users] Issue while define 'smokeping_secrets'

Hi,

I want to install smoke ping 2.3.6 now. But while defining 
'smokeping_secrets', it errors:

ERROR: /usr/src/smokeping-2.3.6/etc/config, line 113: File 
'/usr/src/smokeping-2.3.6/etc/smokeping_secrets' is world-readable or 
writable, refusing it

I've already used previous versions & no issue observed. 

Can anyone help in this regard.
