[smokeping-users] Smokeping daemonizes but can't browse on web

Looks to me like you put the files in /var/www/html and not
/var/www/cgi-bin.  I am using CentOS myself and I have it as:

/var/www/cgi-bin/smokeping.cgi

I use the URL host/cgi-bin/smokeping.cgi
