[smokeping-users] smoketrace bad packet length value

Hi Tobias,

you're right. The traceroute version installed on OpenSUSE 10.2 did not 
even support "traceroute -I". I switched the somkeping installation on a 
Ubuntu server (where I had to setuid manually). Now tr.cgi is working fine.
