* setup a new machine
* install smokeping according to the instructions on the website
* copy the config file
* copy the data directory (see the config file for the location)
* start smokeping at boot time
note that my company does remote support, so if you want us to do
the migration for you and can give us ssh access to the machines, I
will be glad to make you an offer. Just mail me directly.

the probes IOSPing and CiscoRTTMonEchoICMP should be able todo this
for you.
