[smokeping-users] Smokeping does not match alerts

Hello

for some reason my smokeping is not triggering any of the alerts that are
configured. I would have expected to see a debug message indicating the
alert had matched for 17.29.254.41 as this is a misconfigured ip that has
100% loss.
