[smokeping-users] FastCGI / Master-/Slave-Systeme

[Ryan Becker]

It was included in the install directory.  For me it's located at
/opt/smokeping/htdocs/smokeping.fcgi.dist.  Rename it to smokeping.fcgi and
replace your existing version.
