[smokeping-users] Protecting site with .htaccess

[David Thompson]

I’m having some problems trying to password protect my Smokeping instance
for some reason and I don’t know why the password protection stopped
working some time ago. My .htaccess and .htpasswd files are both located in
/usr/share/smokeping/cgi-bin folder. Is this where these files need to be?
Do they need to be somewhere else?
