[smokeping-users] Allow users to access specifics graphs

Hello guys,

My concern is the following: I want to create a user wich can open
smokeping web browser but just check the graphs I want to show him.

Currently, I access to the web page without any login authentication so I
thought I want to enable a module that can make that. But i'm not sure how
to do it.
