[smokeping-users] Use WinSCP to modify Targets file

Wondering what's the easiest way to modify SmokePing  Targets file from
Windows?

 

I was thinking of WinSCP.  But it appears I can't issue sudo so I can't save
the file.

 

Any suggestions?
