Hi all,
We have temperature/humidity probes fron NMT in our environment.
The probe is snmp manageable:
TemperatureValue : 1.3.6.1.4.1.1599.7.1.4
HumidityValue : 1.3.6.1.4.1.1599.7.1.6
I've tried to manage thoses value with MRTG:
Target[thbgt01]:
1.3.6.1.4.1.1599.7.1.4&1.3.6.1.4.1.1599.7.1.6:public at probe_ip_address
MaxBytes1[thbgt01]: 50
MaxBytes2[thbgt01]: 100
Title[thbgt01]: THBGT01 Probe
PageTop[thbgt01]: <H1>Probe Temperature & Humidity
</H1>
<TABLE>
<TR><TD>System:</TD><TD>THBGT01 in BGTower</TD></TR>
<TR><TD>Maintainer:</TD><TD>CLAEYS G 205.26.77</TD></TR>
<TR><TD>Interface:</TD><TD>Pods</TD></TR>
<TR><TD>IP:</TD><TD></TD></TR>
</TABLE>
The message I get from mrtg is:
Received SNMP response with error code.
error status:noSuchName
index 1 <OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.1599.7.1.4>
SNMPGET Problem for 1.3.6.1.4.1.1599.7.1.4 1.3.6.1.4.1.1599.7.1.6 sysUptime
sysName
SNMPGET: Failed to reach target. I tried multiples times.
What can I do to solve this problem ? Does I need to download the Probe MIB
?
Thanks for your help,
Regards,
Gaetan
