Indexmake is doing exacty what it was designed to do.  The final output is
an overview of the .cfg file that is fed into it.  There is no option for
generating a page based on finding a single IP address from the .cfg.

Try running indexmaker without any .cfg, and you will get back all of the
options available to you.
