[mrtg] Upgraded And Now All #s Are 0

I just finished the upgrade process from MRTG 2.7.5 to 2.8.9.  In the
process I also upgraded the GD library to the latest.

Graphs are showing up OK, but all the numbers (min/max/avg) are showing up
as zero.  Looking at the log files, it certainly seems like MRTG is
capturing information.

Any idea on how I can debug this?
