[mrtg] How to Monitor Ascend Maxes

We have several Ascend Maxes on site. And someone setup MRTG to monitor the 
call logs. Unfortunately knowone here knows anything about MRTG or Perl and 
we can't seem to figure out why the html pages have stopped showing data for 
the Ascend Maxes. Can anyone out there assist? Has anyone else done this?
