[mrtg] MRTG 2.8.8 w/ GDlib 1.7.3

	Has anyone compiled MRTG with GDlib v1.7.3? I'm having trouble on
Solaris 7 - error is:

checking for gdImageGif in -lgd... no
checking for gdImagePng in -lgd... no

	it recommends using --with-z-inc --with-z-lib --with-png-inc
--with-png-lib with ./configure (or so I read it).  I tried that too and it
didn't work, any ideas (GDlib was compiled fine and zlib was too).
