[mrtg] how do I fix the Y axis of the graph ?

Currently I monitor a switch (BayStack 350T) with MRTG.
I get graphs with changing Y axis numbers (the quantity axis).
How do I fixate the axis from 0 to 100Mb/s or anything else and still get
the correct ratio?
