[mrtg] 14all: how to patch mrtg with the threshold patch

I got some questions on how to patch mrtg with my threshold patch. So I
send this to the list. It goes like that:

If the patch affects only one file (like the threshold patch from my
website) you can do this:

  > cd mrtg-2.8.12/run
  > patch -i mrtg-2.8.12-threshold  mrtg

where mrtg-2.8.12-threshold is the patch file.

If your patch complains that it does not understand the patch file try
the patch in the context diff format "mrtg-2.8.12-threshold-context"

If the patch affects mutiple files it's usually like:

  > cd mrtg-2.8.12
  > patch -i patchfile
