Is there any way to graph a timeticks value as if it were a gauge-type
value?
The value I'd like to graph is:
enterprises.nlanr.squid.cachePerf.cacheSysPerf.cacheCurrentLRUExpiration
.0 = Timeticks: (8407400) 23:21:14.00
The value is the LRU expiration age of objects in a Squid cache. I'd
like to graph the "timeticks" portion of the value to graph the LRU age
of the cache over time.
>From the reading I've done, I'm guessing I'm going to have to use an
external shell script to grab this value from snmpd and use the External
Monitoring syntax. If there's some other way that I'm missing, I'd be
glad to hear about it. (I'd love to modify the Squid SNMP code to
provide this value as an Integer32 value as well as a timeticks value,
but that's beyond my skills..)
