[mrtg] Trouble getting mrtg to use RRD

This is a new install.

I downloaded all the packages (gd, zlib, libnpg, mrtg, rrd-tool) and got 
them to compile and install successfully.

I got mrtg to poll without the RRD integration.

When I add the three lines:

LogFormat: rrdtool
PathAdd: /usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.25/bin/
LibAdd: /usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.25/lib/perl/

and then try to run mrtg, I get the following error:
$ /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/mrtg $HTDOCS/mrtg/mrtg.cfg
Can't locate loadable object for module RRDs in @INC (@INC contains: 
/usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.25/lib/perl/ /
usr/local/mrtg-2/bin/../lib/mrtg2 /usr/local/mrtg-2/bin

but ls -l of /usr/local/rrdtool-1.0.25/lib/perl/ shows:

-rw-r--r--   1 spectrum spectrum    2809 Aug 30 10:51 RRDs.pm
drwxr-xr-x   3 spectrum spectrum     512 Aug 29 16:22 auto

What is missing?

Could I be missing DynaLoader? What is that and where should it be?
