By coincidence I found the error by myself.
I tought that the data's in the RRD's are always saved as bit/s but it's bytes/s. So when I take the 1.577....+E05 and multiply by 8 I get exactly the 1.2 Mbps.

I used the killspike to remove this 1.2Mbps peak and it worked.
