The easiest way would be to use indexmaker using the --show=day option.

My MRTG.cfg contains many sites, which generates one html document 
per site. I want to create one  html page that has all the daily 
graphs for the sites I am monitoring. Is there anything I can do with 
cfg to do this, or is there another way for this to be done?
