[mrtg] MRTG on HPUX 10.20

Hi Folks,

I've installed pre-compiled for HPUX 10.20 on my HPUX system.

However get the following when I try to run 'mrtg mrtg.cfg':

"rateup died from signal 6 with Exit Value 0 when doing rates
'object address and instance' code was 134, retcode was ."

"/usr/lib/dld.s1: Unresolved symbols:png_create_write_struct
from /opt/gd/lib/libgd.s1"

Any suggestions?  Could it be the different versions of packages I've
used are incompatible?

mrtg 2.8.9
zlib 1.1.3
texinfo 4.0
gd 1.7.3
gcc 2.95.2
bison 1.28
binutils 2.91
sed 3.02
