Ken,
	Thanks again for the input.  I tried that out and 
theoretically it should have worked but it didn't in my case.  It 
spit out an error about not being able to find ipAdEntIfIndex for the 
port I specified.

	I walked the device and found that indeed there wasn't an 
ipAdEntIfIndex for that IP but there was a ipRouteIfIndex for it 
which gave me its current port (which OperStatus confirmed to be up).

ip.ipRouteTable.ipRouteEntry.ipRouteIfIndex.63.237.114.174 = 200

It should have found that IP to be on port 200 at that time, right? 
Here's my Target:

/63.237.114.174:snip at 208.46.69.3

Does anyone know what's wrong?  I'm confused.
