[mrtg] not ever showing 100 mb

I am in a 100 mb switched environment,
why are my graphs never showing 100 mbps?
the most I am getting is 30 mbps on any stations,
Do I have something misconfigured?

Even Netware server to Netware server, these are 100mb full duplex and do 
nightly backups.
shouldn't I be seeing 100 mbps for some period of time?
