[mrtg] 14all and rrdtool question

Hi, I was browsing the mrtg-2.8.9/contrib/ directories and looking at
14all.cgi.  This looks really good and will probably save me quite a bit of
work.  However, it references installing "rrdtool" as a requirement, which I
gather from context sets up MRTG so that graphs are not created until they
are actually looked at.
 
Under the mrtg-2.8.9/contrib/ directories I cannot find an "rrdtool"
directory or any other references to it.
 
Is rrdtool a contribution that has to be pulled from somewhere else, or was
it possibly pulled from the mrtg-2.8.9 distribution?
