[mrtg] HELP mrtg.cfg_l "what can i do????"

Hi all i have mrtg running in NT for some month and it was ok, but yesterday 
KAPUT!, mrtg is not running anymore, I know that is the mrtg.cfg_l, i try to 
remove it, but i can't, it say "remove first write protection".

I can't reboot the machine, because another applications can't be stop, WHAT 
CAN I DO????

I have been able to monitor successfully our Nortel Passport Network with
MRTG.  See the attached file.  It has examples of the different types of
line cards available and what mib to collect on.  The only thing you will
have to do is figure out the index of your ports...You should be to browse
the MIBs to determine this.
