Okay I'm not an NT person but the problem looks to be like the mrtg process
died mid processing, and so left the lockfile in place.

to remove the lockfile, try rightclickingon it and removing the readonly (
or possibly even system/hidden) attribute.  or run attrib ( this was under
dos but I imagine NT should have somethign similar)

Do this as admin. once done delete the file and things hsuold run again.
