There is a new CBOS up on the Cisco website (version 2.3.0.053). There are
many SNMP fixes listed in the release notes but I'm not sure if this
particular issue has been fixed, might as well give it a try though!

the router is broken. cisco has no intention of fixing it anytime soon,
but you can open up a tech thing with them (call them and bitch enough
they'll fix it)

if you use this :

Target[dsl-1]: 2:public@
MaxBytes[dsl-1]: 96000
WithPeak[dsl-1]: wmy
Options[dsl-1]: growright, bits
Title[dsl-1]: dsl - 1
PageTop[atm-1]:<H3>Traffic Analysis</H3>
  <TABLE>
    <TR><TD>System:</TD><TD>DSL I</TD></TR>
    <TR><TD>Max Speed:</TD><TD>768 KBits/s</TD></TR>
    <TR><TD>Purpose in life:</TD><TD>Wide Area Network</TD></TR>
  </TABLE>

it'll give you outgoing.
