[mrtg] SNMP Traps

Sorry for this being a little bit off topic.  Does anyone know of any
utility for NT (I'd prefer a service) that would be able to receive SNMP
Traps and then send out an email, a network message, log to ODB???

I'm looking for something very small, not overkill like HPOV.  I'd
appreciate any suggestions.
