[mrtg] Thresholds

I finally have my thresholds working thanks to Thomas J. Muggli at
http://www.cloudnet.com/~tom/mrtg. The output I get from the threshold program
is "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (69746) is above threshold (50000)". I understand that I
can get additional information from the thresholds. I would like to get the
"name" of my device in addition to what I'm already getting. Does anyone know
what I would have to do to get the "name"?
