Seems like "it depends" is actually the right answer.

Among the things "it depneds" upon is the SNMP agent involved--the IP address
is that of the agent, not the NIC.

So if the agent reports the I/F data for the two NIC's in differing OID's,
it ought to be easy.  If not, impossible.

To make the point, consider a "managed" hub--one IP address many ports ("NIC's).
Some agents report each port separately, some only what is on the backplane.
