[mrtg] Configuring MRTG for an Intel Express 460T Stand Alone Switch

Hi,
I am wanting to configure MRTG to measure bandwidth on the ports of an
Intel Express 460T Stand Alone Switch, as well as its total throughput
to the net. I ran cfgmaker which created a normal looking
configuration file, it showed accurately the speeds of the various
ports, but when I run MRTG against this configuration at 5 minute
intervals, the measurements look very low in comparison with other
information such as MRTG measurements on a machine attached to the
switch. I know from this that one machine is averaging between 90 and
100 kilobytes per second, but this is not reflected on the
measurements from its port. I am sure I am missing something here,
but not sure what it is? Any enlightment? TIA
-Len
