There might be some protocol overhead so 128.000 bps data transfer rate
are never reached.

It looks like you have Options:bits set while monitoring bits allready.
Do you query the normal ifInOctets/ifOutOctets?

This shows that the log file contains bits per second. So if you have
"options: bits" set you will get these multiplied by 8.
