Thanks for the help. It is working now provided you use the nr as the ifref.

I tried to use ifref=descr without all possible alternative i.e. without the
'.' and with '\'
${c}Target[$name]: ifInDiscards$ifref&ifOutDiscards$ifref:$router
${c}Target[$name]: ifInDiscards\$ifref&ifOutDiscards\$ifref:$router

This generates snmp errrors.

I erred in my previous reply.  For those who missed it, this is what I said:

In sub GenConf, modify the line "${c}Target[$name]: $ifref:$router" to say
"${c}Target[$name]: ifInDiscards.$ifref&ifOutDiscards.$ifref:$router".

*That* should get you what you want.  =)
