It is highly unlikely that you will gain useful information from
ipNetToMediaTable on a switch. This table is only populated when the
management engine needs to communicate - such as answering an SNMP request,
or a manager telnetting in to fix something. It's best if you can correlate
the ipNetToMediaTable from a router with the mac address tables on the
switch.
