You can turn on netflow and do something like:
Austin3640#sh ip cache flow | inc 0015
Se0/0.120     198.133.219.27  Null          216.167.180.21  06 0015 0B6A

Fa0/0.100     172.16.0.10     Null          198.133.219.27  06 0B6A 0015

(0015 is 21 in hex)
