[mrtg] MRTG Automatic Script Maker

I have almost finished creating a MRTG script maker for Windows and I would
like a few people who are using my 'Mr Daemon' to test this for me.

I haven't put every command that's available to MRTG in the program but most
are there.

If anybody would like to test this please reply.
