The perl version of rrdtool consists of two files: RRDs.pm and a shared
library RRDs.so. If you install rrdtool with 'make install' do a
'make site-perl-inst' too and it will be installed in the perl path.

Another possibility is to change the CGI to point to the place where the
RRDs.pm file is installed.
