[mrtg] ATM pvc utilization - router config & mib doesn't tally

Hi,

I have a ATM pvc that I would like to monitor.  What is being configured
and what I get from mibs differ greatly.

Router config:  				45Mbps (UBR)
Mib value from router (cAal5VccInOctets): 	32Mbps (at full utilization)
Mib value from ATM switch (ciscoAtmVclInCells):	40Mbps (at full
utilization)

Actual router config is as follow:

 atm pvc 6 55 230 aal5snap 45000 45000 inarp 1

Any idea why the mib values doesn't tally with what it is being
configured.  Noticed that there is a rate limiting command that I can
use on the enhanced ATM card, "traffic-rate".  Should rate limiting be
used instead?
