[mrtg] cannot get mrtg to work - problem ports ?!?!

Hi all,

I do not succeed getting mrtg running. The problem starts at making the
mrtg.cfg file. I assume problem is within forwarding snmp ports. Can
somebody help me out with this?

This is how it is configured and output of some things I have checked :

1/ squid.conf
acl snmppublic snmp_community public
snmp_port 3401
snmp_access allow localhost
snmp_access allow snmppublic koneip
snmp_access deny all
#snmp_incoming_address 0.0.0.0
#snmp_outgoing_address 0.0.0.0

2/ check port snmp
[root at MKOLXS01 local]# lsof -i | grep 3401
squid     17203   root   44u  IPv4 996925       UDP *:3401

3/ installed exactly according
http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/unix-guide.html

4/ it screws up on cfgmaker :

Here it seams that whatever I use localhost or hostname does not work. My
port for snmp has been setup in squid for 3401 to use, however it seems to
try using port 161. How could I solve this problem, I believe I need to
forward snmp port 3401 to 161. Is this the case? What do I need to do in
squid and in /etc/services ?
Can somebody help me with this one? I am trying for some time, but do not
find a solution.
