[mrtg] Cisco Cat 3548XL

I have a Cisco Catalyst 3548XL switch. Right now I have mrtg monitoring the 
network traffic on it and it's working fine. It shows all 48 ports, but is 
there any way I can get it to resolve what IP address each port is going 
to? When our network was first set up, everything was just plugged into the 
switch in a random order.
