The short answer is "no" - it's a switch, which is a Layer 2 device,
and so has no idea at all of what IP addresses are connected to it.
It does know MACs, though, and so there is a long answer that is "yes" but
it requires much looking at CDP caches, router ARP lists, and the like.
CiscoWorks has a display that will show this quite prettily but of course
you have to buy and install it on a suitable server for it to do you
much good.  Others may have somewhat shorter, more implementable answers.
