[mrtg] operational status

[MegaNet DomainReg]

Ok im monitoring a PVC, with the following config, and it was working fine.
On this pvc the operational status is down but im still seeing it up, well
mrtg says it is. I have MaxBytes set to 8, and mrtg reports 16. Should i not
have a value of 8, but rather 1 and ThreshMinI[Americare-Andover]: 0 !?
