I am also trying to get CPU graphing working on a 1720 Cisco router with no
luck.
Has anybody succeeded in getting this to work ?
Cheers,
Ross.

I did not get any replies regarding this. I am sending this out once more to
see if there is anyone in a similar situation. I am baffled at below and
will be most appreciative of any ideas.
Cheers

Subject: Cisco 1700 cpu and freemem monitoring
Hi all,
I am having problems in monitoring some six 1700 routers for free memory and
cpu stats. The graphs for free memory utilization always give nan bytes and
if I do a rrdtool fetch on the appropriate rrd file it also has nan's in it.
Now when do a snmpget on the "1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.8.0" I get values such as
"12637388".
For CPU util I get 0% on all the routers (oid = 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.58.0) on
the graphs as well as in the rrds and also when I am doing a snmpget.
Now I never had this problem when trying to monitor a 1600 router and I
could not find much about this in the past postings as well. I am hoping
someone has already been through this.
Vanish
