These are just the text strings displayed for legends on the HTML page that
mrtg generates, and have no relationship with either the graphing or SNMP
interaction.
LegendI and LegendO are the strings displayed immediately below each graph
and default to "In" and "Out" respectively. For example, "Current In 34.7
kB/s". Legend1 through Legend4 are displayed near the bottom of the page in
the color legend. These also have default values.
