IMHO .....I think this is an undocumented *feature* as Microsoft might call
it.  All diaries and references to week numbers that I have ever come
across start with the first week in January being known as week 1 not week
0.

As this is graph generation/display problem, it should be *relatively* easy
to fix (sorry Tobi but I think this is over to you).  The underlying data
should not be affected and will display correctly as and when a patch is
available.
